Opis stanowiska
Our Belgian partner, leader in electrical works for infrastructure and industrial sites on overhead and underground pipelines, is currently recruiting a experienced crane operator with C/CE driving license.
This worker will have the following responsibilities:

Operate the crane in a safe and efficient manner, complying to the company safety procedures for all lifting operations;- Install or remove poles (mainly public lightning poles) with a truck-mounted crane;
- Manipulate crane control to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal or signal instructions;
- Make sure poles are transported safely in truck;
- Loading and unloading the truck;
- Dig holes to put in the poles;
- Ensure that inspection, for defective parts, of all lifting equipment is done prior to use;
- Report all unsafe activities, situations and potential hazards to supervisor;
- Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanisms;
- Clean workplace once work is finished.
Workers will be performing tasks in a team of two members.

Working 40 hours/weekly guaranteed. People might be asked to work weekends and holidays, depending on work targets. Workers might be requested to work overtime – 150% paid.

- Driving License – category C/CE is mandatory;
- Not afraid of heights;
- Healthy, strong, resilient personality;
- Team member, with attention to detail and capable of work independently;
- Good English skills are important;
- Availability to stay in Belgium for at least 6 months.
