Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

BNL Consumer Digital Acquisition Team ambition is to drive Super Premium/Premium growth by scaling external and internal acquisition.

This role will sit in the acquisition team focusing on internal digital acquisition for the Benelux:

  • Upgrade and Member Get Member
  • You will be responsible for acquiring customers digitally, by consistently delivering 360° approach to drive quality warm leads, improving upgrade and pipeline velocity
  • This role will give you the opportunity to work on MGM and Upgrade strategy, implementation and measurement of initiatives and capabilities which enable us to drive NAA & BBA growth for the Benelux
  • The team embodies a fast paced and dynamic culture, operates nimbly and embraces teamwork, accountability, flexibility and a will to win attitude

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Propose strategy for MGM and upgrade including defining and executing campaigns to drive
  • NAA/AIF, increase efficiency and deliver strong ROIs in the channel
  • Execute strong LTO campaigns, from a 360° approach by delivering strong assets (CTA and value proposition)
  • Deliver e2e Digital MGM and upgrade campaigns that help drive awareness and upgrade
  • Manage MGM and upgrade offer changes and escalations processes identify opportunities to improve the current process
  • Work closely with Amex MGM hub Team and manage Product Transfer Tool
  • Reporting and analysis of acquisition results to optimize and inform future plans
  • Project management to ensure all activities are delivered on-time and within budget
  • Accurate management of internal process (pre-Arb/iMH), campaign calendar, roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

  • Creativity including critical look on campaigns
  • Pro-activity
  • Ability to drive results and ensure those outcomes help inform future initiatives.
  • Analytical and Data capabilities - Undertake ongoing campaign analysis to monitor marketing
  • Channel performance and ROI. Deliver regular reporting updates as required on initiatives and
  • Present during meeting
  • High personal accountability which leads to strong experience in driving results
