Functie

  • You will be the first line of contact for customers who have questions and/or comments. This can be about the installation of their solar panels, billing or consumption
  • You are also in close contact with installers and colleagues. You can communicate fluently with all parties, both in writing and orally
  • You handle different requests and are solution-oriented. You will always find a suitable answer or solution!
  • You are great at planning and organizing. If you draw up an efficient schedule for our installers, there will be electricity in the air
  • Of course you are not alone! Together with your colleagues you put a smile on the faces of our customers. You know how to convert that smile into positive reviews through our various channels

Functie-eisen

  • You have a bachelor level of thinking
  • You communicate fluently in French and have a good knowledge of English. Do you also speak Dutch? This is definitely a plus!
  • You have experience in a customer service environment
  • You are accurate and work efficiently
  • You quickly find your way in (new) IT environments. You are also familiar with Office 365
  • Knowledge of solar panels? Then you have an advantage!
