Working as a CyberSOC Teamleader

The CyberSOC Team Leader is responsible for the management of Security Analysts within the CyberSOC 8x5 team. They report to the Head of CyberSOC Benelux and work closely together with the majority of other Global Operations roles to ensure the delivery of CyberSOC Services and the overall performance of their team.
Your key responsibilities as a CyberSOC Team Lead will include:
Strategical, tactical, and operational
- Implementation of the CyberSOC operations overall strategies
- Improvement of service delivery quality.
- Point of contact for SDM’s regarding customers in the respective area
- Collaboration in the CyberSOC management team and development of current and new strategies together with other managers and service owners
- Analysis of KPIs and provision of monthly KPI reports
- Monitor local service activation projects.
- Monitor creation and review quality of monthly reports.
- Take over responsibility for complains and critical issues by customers the role is responsible for
People management
- Lead a dedicated team of Security Analysts in a direct reporting line.
- Plan team development based on the overall CyberSOC strategy and budget.
- Be responsible for the performance and well-being of the team.
- Follow up yearly goals and targets for individual team members.
- Educational planning.
Information Security & Data Protection
In common with all roles in OCD-GOPS, this role must comply with the Data Protection policies and procedures in place at the time, as specified in the GOPS-ISMS.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Several years of professional experience in security analysis as well as comprehensive know-how in the field of security analysis, incident detection & response
- A real team player; confident appearance, analytical and conceptual skills, ability to work in a team.
- A solution-oriented mind and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills
- Fluent language skills in English, French & optional Dutch
