Hays Technology is in search of a
System Engineer for a client in the area of
Liège.
Hybrid (2 days at home)- Windows environment
- Powershell scripting
- English and French
Your new role
You will work as a
System Engineer. Your main responsibilities are the operational management and support of the infrastructure. On top of that, you guarantee the operation of the system applications, servers and the network itself. Automatically you’ll keep track of the installations, tests, updates, planning and configuration of the infrastructure. Finally, you will solve complicated incidents which could not be resolved by previous measures.

Technical Skills
- Work experience in managing large Windows environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, AFFS, Exchange, IIS and SCCM
- Management knowledge of VMware Virtual Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Powershell scripts to automate and manage Windows infrastructure
- Knowledge of Office365 and Azure
- Knowledge of network switching: TCP/ IP, VLAN concepts, firewall, subnetwork calculations
- Knowledge of Linux is a plus
