D365 CE Business Analyst
Contract Length: 6 Months plus extensions
Day rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Belgium, Antwerp or Brussels with a Hybrid work module
Language: Dutch and English is essential
Job Description:
In your role as a Business Analyst, your contributions will be essential in comprehending the specific business requirements of our clients and effectively aligning them with their company's goals and limitations. During the initial training phase, you will collaborate closely with a senior consultant to gain valuable insights into our products and internal processes. Subsequently, you will autonomously contribute to project teams and assume diverse responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Thoroughly analyse customer requirements and identify areas requiring clarification.
· Establish the connection between the customer's business challenges, requirements, and our company's objectives and constraints.
· Conduct fit-gap analysis, aligning customer requirements with the available functionalities in the Dynamics 365 CE package.
· Develop a comprehensive project plan that offers a high-level overview and guides the project manager and functional analyst in the right direction.
· Maintain regular coordination with the customer, ensuring project progress and addressing any concerns through face-to-face meetings.
· Take ownership of qualitative and structured co-testing, project delivery, and on-site user training.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated strong analytical skills and preferably a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, or a strong desire to learn.
· Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
· Minimum of one previous professional experience as a business analyst.
· Proficient in gaining insights into customer processes and effectively managing complex customer expectations.
· Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Salary: €300.00 - €850.00 per day
