Your new role

• Join the Field IT team located at a specific airport
• Work in a multicultural, multi-language environment
• Utilise modern technologies to deliver exceptional service and support
• Engage in incident management and continuous IT modernization projects
• Interact with users both in person and over the phone to resolve IT issues
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial equipment and specific software
• Log and track tickets using a dedicated tool
• Proactively monitor systems and assist with installation tasks
• Read and write troubleshooting procedures
• Perform various IT tasks crucial to the company's operations

Your profile

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• IT Secondary Degree or IT Bachelor preferred
• No experience required
• Proficient in French and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Flexible and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
